Do you always think of taking the plunge to direct or act in a STAG play but never work up the courage? Would you like an opportunity to do so in a more relaxed environment? Then rock up to The Bakehouse on Saturday 29th October and be a part of our 'rehearsed readings'.
Our aim is simple - to give budding actors and directors the chance to wet their appetite by performing to a small group, a small section from various plays that have been selected by our Reading Committee. The afternoon is also a chance for a bit of fun!!
If you think this sounds like your cup of tea, coffee or milo, descend upon The Bakehouse, Wheeler St, Shepparton at 1pm on Saturday to get a piece of the action.

STAG Lets The Sun Shine In
Providing much excitement this month is the news that we will be presenting a World Premiere production of John Lewis' new play, "Some Shiny Days", an adaptation of his book of the same name.
A collection of John's columns throughout the years, all along the theme of fatherhood, "Some Shiny Days" will take audiences on a journey through 'moments of ordinary madness'.
"Some Shiny Days" will be presented in March as part of the SheppARTon Festival and will be directed by STAG Life Member and theatrical stalwart, Rob Robson.
Stay tuned to stagtheatre.com and await the shiny days ahead.
